Lifetime Warranty

All of our products include a Lifetime Warranty which guarantees that upon receiving the product, it will be free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase directly through www.shopchayne.com. However, the warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer or third party. Note that this warranty only protects against damage caused by normal wear/use. Lost or stolen items as well as damage caused by carelessness are not covered under this warranty. In the event that your chain or connecting hardware breaks, we will honor this warranty and repair or replace the item, once the original item is shipped back to us. You are responsible for the cost of any postage to return the item to us, but not for the postage needed to reship the replacement item back to you. In the event that a damaged item is out of stock or not available, a store credit or item of equal value will be offered.
