I did have to reach out with a question and they were quick to respond to my email. The shipping took about a month to the US during the holidays which is what I expected, I would highly recommend this product.

Item is lovely & as described & great packaging. However, it took nearly 3 months to come. I was told of a delay of 30 days for the silver bracelet as they were still in production (which i said was fine). The 30 days came and went by and nothing. I had to email a couple of times to get a response from anyone. When I did, they told me it would be posted within the next 7 days. I eventually received it a further couple of weeks after this and it was a total of 3 months after i ordered it which was a shame considering it was a Christmas gift (ordered 2 months before xmas!) I think if the item is still in production for so long, the company should wait until theyre made to sell them.
